| Cancellation Policy: |
| We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, please respect our scheduling by keeping reservations whenever possible and providing 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Credit Card secured reservation required for Spa Package Reservation. 50% fee charged when canceled within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
